Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Matthew 19:14) Children's Ministries: Children get special treatment on Sunday mornings. All children ages 2 to 12 years old are called up to the front of the church during the main service for a special message from Pastor Ngoc. They are engaged in thoughtful discussion and learn how to apply the Word of God in their everyday lives. After this, children then proceed to their Sunday School classrooms. Early Elementary Class: Meets every Sunday from 11:30am - 12:15pm. Children learn about the Bible together, make neat crafts, and sing their very own songs. Elementary Class: Meets on Sunday mornings from 11:30am - 12:15pm. Kids have a fun time of worship, group activities, games, learning and growing as they dig into God's word. Jr. High/High School Class: On Sunday mornings students meet together for a time of worship, fellowship and teaching from God's word. Throughout the year we have special activities like Summer and Winter Camp, Picnics, Vacation Bible School, Harvest Festival, and more... College & Young Adult Ministries: Our youth group gathers together the first Sunday of each month after church services, in addition to various scheduled events throughout the month. VAY Sports Festival: Our North Hollywood team participates every summer in the Vietnamese Alliance Youth Sports Festival. This past year, our teams participated in basketball, volleyball, Bible trivia, swimming, ping-pong, badminton, tennis and tug-o-war. Do you enjoy sports and are between the age of 13 and 34? Come join us. Other Sporting Events: Do you enjoy dodgeball, kickball and softball? We'll be playing against other church teams throughout the year just for fun.
