Do Not Forget God

Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:1-19

1.      Forgetting God is a constant danger.

Job 8:13 Such is the destiny of all who forget God;

so perishes the hope of the godless.

2.      Remember the Lord in good times

Dt 6:11-12 then when you eat and are satisfied, 12 be careful that you do not forget the LORD, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

3.      Remember the Lord from generation to generation.

Dt 6:2 so that you, your children and their children after them may fear the LORD your God as long as you live

4.      Remember the Lord in every opportunity.

Dt 6:7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

5.      Remember the Lord by having the purity of devotion.

Dt 6:14 Do not follow other gods, the gods of the peoples around you;

1.     Queân Chuùa laø moät hieåm hoaï.

Gioáp 8:13 ñöôøng loái keû queân Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi laø nhö vaäy: Söï troâng caäy keû khoâng kính sôï Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi seõ hö maát;

2.     Nhôù ñeán Chuùa trong ngaøy no ñuû

Phuïc Truyeàn 6:11. . .  khi ngöôi aên vaø ñöôïc no neâ, 12 khaù giöõ laáy mình, keûo ngöôi queân Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, laø ñaáng ñaõ ñem ngöôi ra khoûi xöù Eâ-díp-toâ, töùc laø khoûi nhaø noâ leä.

3.     Nhôù ñeán Chuùa töø theá naày sang theá heä kia

Phuïc Truyeàn  6:2 . . . ngöôi vaø con chaùu ngöôi vaâng giöõ caùc luaät leä vaø Ñieàu raên cuûa Ngaøi maø ta truyeàn cho ngöôi, ñeå ngöôi ñöôïc soáng laâu ngaøy.

4.     Nhôù ñeán Chuùa trong moïi dòp

Phuïc Truyeàn  6:7 khaù aân caàn daïy doã ñieàu ñoù cho con caùi ngöôi vaø phaûi noùi ñeán, hoaëc khi ngöôi ngoài trong nhaø, hoaëc khi ñi ngoaøi ñöôøng, hoaëc luùc ngöôi naèm, hay laø khi choåi daäy.

5.     Nhôù ñeán Chuùa baèng söï yeâu kính Ngaøi troïn veïn.

Phuïc Truyeàn 6:14 Chôù theo caùc thaàn khaùc trong nhöõng thaàn cuûa caùc daân toäc ôû xung quanh caùc ngöôi . . .
