Honor God

Scripture: Numbers 20:1-13

1.      Spiritual leaders have greater responsibility to honor God before others.

NIV Numbers 20:12 But the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, "Because you did not trust in me enough to honor me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them."

2.      Spiritual leaders have greater opportunity to honor God  in difficult times.

NIV Numbers 20:3 They quarreled with Moses and said, "If only we had died when our brothers fell dead before the LORD!

3.      Spiritual leaders must honor God even when there are justifiable reasons to do otherwise.

NIV Numbers 20:10 He and Aaron gathered the assembly together in front of the rock and Moses said to them, "Listen, you rebels, must we bring you water out of this rock?"

4.      Every Christian is a spiritual leader. Honor God!

NIV 1 Corinthians 10:31 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Toân Troïng Chuùa

 Kinh Thaùnh: Daân soá kyù 20:1-13

1.     Laõnh ñaïo thuoäc linh coù traùch nhieäm toân troïng Chuùa tröôùc moïi ngöôøi.

Numbers 20:12 ñoaïn, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Moâi-se vaø A-roân raèng: Bôûi vì hai ngöôi khoâng coù tin ñeán ta, ñaëng toân ta neân thaùnh tröôùc maët daân Y-sô-ra-eân, vì côù ñoù, hai ngöôi seõ khoâng ñem hoäi chuùng naày vaøo xöù maø ta ñaõ cho noù ñaâu.

2.     Laõnh ñaïo thuoäc linh coù cô hoäi ñeå toân troïng Chuùa khi traûi qua söï thöû thaùch.

Numbers 20:3 Daân söï caõi-loän cuøng Moâi-se maø raèng: Anh em chuùng toâi ñaõ cheát tröôùc maët Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, chôù chi chuùng toâi cuõng ñoàng cheát luoân theå!

3.     Laõnh ñaïo thuoäc linh phaûi toân troïng Chuùa maëc daàu coù lyù do chaùnh ñaùng.

VIE Numbers 20:10 Moâi-se vaø A-roân truyeàn nhoùm hoäi chuùng Ñeán tröôùc hoøn ñaù maø noùi raèng: Hôõi daân phaûn nghòch! haõy nghe, chuùng ta haù deã khieán nöôùc chaûy töø hoøn ñaù naày ra cho caùc ngöôi Ñöôïc sao?

4.     Moãi Cô-ñoác nhaân laø moät laõnh ñaïo thuoäc linh. Haõy toân troïng Chuùa!

1 Corinthians 10:31 Vaäy, anh em hoaëc aên, hoaëc uoáng, hay laø laøm söï chi khaùc, haõy vì söï vinh hieån Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi maø laøm.
