Recipe of the Month -
November '04:
In preparation for the
upcoming holidays, we've included two recipes this month to make
your special occasion even more special.
Honey Baked Ham
Ingredients:

Ham leg (18-20 lbs)
1
Package of Lipton Onion Soup base
1
Cup of Honey or 1/2 cup of Honey and 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar

Cans of Crushed Pineapples
Instructions:
Take
ham and cut little diamond shapes on it.
Then
take all other ingredients and mix together.
Place
ham in a big tray, then pour mixture on ham.
Cover
with foil, turn oven on to 225 F to preheat.
Place
ham in oven for 4-5 hours or until golden brown.
Butterball Turkey
Ingredients:
1
Pre-cooked Butterball Turkey (10 lbs)
1
Box of Stuffing
1
Can of Chicken Broth
1
Cup of Chopped Celery
1/2
Cup of Chopped Onions (medium size)
1/3
Tsp of Pepper
1/2
Tsp of Sugar
Instructions:
Mix
all ingredients together and place inside turkey.
Spread
2 or 3 tablespoons of butter all over the turkey.
Preheat
oven to 325 F and place turkey in for 1 hour.
Then
lower heat to 275 F for another 1 1/2 hours or until skin is golden
brown.
Remove
from oven, garnish and serve.
